What should the Business analyst do?

Website requirements focus specifically on the functionalities and features needed for a web application. While they may be critical, they do not encompass the broader scope of requirements necessary for the project, especially when prioritization is needed due to budget constraints.

Interface requirements pertain to how users interact with the system or application. Although important, they represent only a subset of the overall project requirements and do not address the broader need to trace and prioritize all critical requirements under budgetary limitations.

Documenting requirements is a necessary task in project management, but it does not inherently prioritize or trace the requirements in relation to the project's evolving needs. Simply documenting without tracing may lead to overlooking critical requirements that need immediate attention due to the adaptive nature of the project.
