While 8–15°C might seem like a reasonable temperature range, it exceeds the optimal storage conditions for NuvaRing. The recommended range is specifically set at 2–8°C to ensure stability, and temperatures above this can compromise the integrity of the product, leading to potential reduced efficacy.

Storing NuvaRing at room temperature is highly discouraged as it can lead to significant degradation of the active ingredients. Room temperature fluctuations can exceed the safe limits for the product and may diminish its effectiveness, resulting in an unreliable method of contraception.
